Bon Iver minus Kanye: Much Better

I'm going to say it now...Bon Iver's new album is ok. But the song 'Beth/Rest' is amazing. Maybe one of the most haunting and beautiful songs I've ever heard. If he doesn't choose this as his next single, I will be surprised. Record labels, take notice. If I call this as the next single, I demand you hire me. I will (gladly) work for beer, cigarettes, greasy food, and records.

(thanks to perfectmidnightworld for posting the song)

His self-titled album will be out on June 21st, 2011. Once I get done listening to the song on repeat, I will listen to the album again...I'm sure the rest of it is just as amazing.

Mix #52: "Becky 'The Icebox' O'Shea"

- The band Enemies is very cool. No vocals in this tune, but really awesome time changes. I don't know why, but I'm really enjoying them right now.
- 2 unreleased songs on this mix by Matt Pryor and Death Cab For Cutie. Very enjoyable. Matt Pryor may definitely be on my top 5 songwriters of all time. Incredible stuff; simple, but worthy of pulling those heart-strings.
- Always looking for suggestions on tunes and artists. Leave it in the comments.
