Hiatus For A (Hopefully) Short Time

- Computer crashed out, so forget what I said before about 'the mixes won't stop.' The mixes will be on hiatus for a little while. I will update as soon as I'm back up and running. Thanks for your patience.

Mix #112: "Error: Restore?"

- Had no other choice the other but to restore my iPod. Although I have all the music from before, it's going to take a little time to organize it and add it back on. But the mixes won't stop.
- Be good to each other.

Mix #111: "Mojo Risin"

- I recently heard about this group from NY called Industries Of The Blind and I have to say, I'm very impressed. They remind me a lot like The Burnish Paris/Eksi Ekso. Rock with a touch of ambient and classical. Actually, it's very hard to classify them, so take a listen for yourself. I added this song for mix tape purposes; it was the shortest one they had.
- Beastie Boys X 2; and a little De La Soul.
- Slug (Atmosphere) & Murs combined bring the humor and excellent rhymes; a choice cut from their (group is called Felt) album, 'Felt: A Tribute To Christina Ricci.'
- Another Monday. (wah wah wah) Enjoy the week and be good to each other.

Mix #110: "Adonis Of Denver"

- Some smart and intelligent hip-hop from Lupe Fiasco, Mos Def, & Talib Kweli.
- H2O...GO! Awesome punk rock from NYC.
- I really like this group Library Voices. I haven't heard much of their newer stuff, but their album 'Denim Denim' is awesome.
- Ozzy Osbourne can't even talk, but he's continued to make albums over the years. Kudos to him.
- If I had to pick 5 of my favorite songwriters of the past 5 years, they would all be on this mix: Justin Vernon, (Bon Iver) Ben Gibbard, (Death Cab For Cutie) Sam Beam, (Iron & Wine) Matt Pryor, (The Get Up Kids, The New Amsterdams) and Jason Anderson.
- Enjoy the weekend, enjoy one another, and be good to each other.

Mix #109: "Double Secret Probation"

- Start the mix out awesome: I Am The Avalanche new tune off their new album, 'Avalanche United.' This album was worth the 6 year wait.
- I'm still not sure what I think of the new Blink-182 album, 'Neighborhoods.' I kind of get an Angels & Airwaves featuring Mark and Travis. Still trying to give it the college try though.
- In honor of John and Sean Lennon's birthday (October 9th) I've included back to back songs of theirs. John would have been 71 years old this year.
- Local hip-hop from New Hampshire: The Press. And by local I mean awesome.
- Happy Wednesday. Hope this gets you over the hump of midweek madness. Be good to each other.
